During his broad career, Rao has handled various responsibilities like CIO, COO, and Director for elite multinational corporations. Presently he is helping in the capacity of Director in charge of Compliances and as a member of the high level committee in overseeing the governance of the business operations.

Rao has widened the business horizon for CtrlS and Cloud4C by fostering partnerships through skilful negotiations both at domestic and international levels. An avid believer of Indian philosophy and Vedic literature, Rao enjoys listening to Carnatic music in his free time.

Chanakya Levaka is one of the stalwarts behind Cloud4C’s foundations, growth amongst critical markets and regions from its early years, and now global recognition. He has been a proven leader for the company since the last decade and has successfully worn multiple hats across enterprise sales, marketing, business strategy, and alliances. A powerful voice within and for the company, his ideals have contributed to Cloud4C’s work culture and building high-performance, explosive growth teams across departments.

Overseeing end-to-end operations from customer engagement, service capabilities, to expansions, Chanakya justifiably rose through the ranks within Cloud4C from overseeing business operations in APAC in 2016 to globally all regions in 2019 before attaining the Chief Operations Officer position in 2023. He commands deep technology proficiency with a keen business vision that has helped him pioneer and build multiple Cloud4C verticals. Chanakya was instrumental in establishing the firm’s globally successful SAP, Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle), Security, and Business Transformation practices, driving Cloud4C to become the world’s largest application-focused Cloud MSP with burgeoning presence in 29 countries today.

With a rich repertoire in establishing and managing global IT, SaaS, DevOps & Security/Compliance ventures and an admirable leadership graph spanning two decades across enterprises such as AT&T, SingTel, BT, C&W and MCI-WorldCom, Kotilingeshwar Rao is the visionary Sr. Vice President pioneering strategic transformation in cloud service delivery.

As a seasoned cloud leader, Kotilingeshwar believes in visualizing the larger picture but at the same time is not weary of rolling down his sleeves with the finesse of the execution. When not contributing towards the ever-evolving technology industry, he devotes his time towards channelizing the human potential in building strong communities.

As the Chief Compliance Officer & Group General Counsel at Cloud4C, Esha Chakravarty is also responsible for looking after the legal matters of the affiliates and group companies of Cloud4C including CtrlS. She is a common law jurisdiction qualified lawyer with over 14 years of post-qualification experience in compliance risk management, corporate legal and litigation domain.

Prior to this, Esha has worked in several leading corporates & MNCs like Nuvoco Vistas Corporation Limited, Datamatics Business Solutions Limited, UPL Limited and Aegis Limited. Her law firm experience includes stints in top tier international law firms like Majmudar & Partner and DPA.

Aside to General Corporate advisory, Esha has extensive experience in compliance risk management, implementation of code of ethics and business conduct policies, advising on various issues relating to foreign corrupt practices, anti-corruption law compliant policies like anti-kickback and anti-fraud policy, gift policy, whistle blower policy, conflict of interest policy, cash disbursement policy and FCPA policies. She has also advised on issues arising under the European data protection laws, including GDPR, the UK data protection law so as to ensure that the systems and processes are in compliance with the data protection law regime. Esha has conducted FCPA due-diligences and audits of vendors, customers, distributors, sales agents and has also managed various mergers and acquisitions, litigation, real estate, IPR, employee and franchise related matters.

Prachitha Kuchukulla has been the bedrock behind people growth and management at Cloud4C & CtrlS since 2008, heading the global HR department. Under her leadership, the group is now over 2000 people strong, boasting some of the biggest names in the industry across the world.

Prachitha's vision has been instrumental in fostering sound governance across cross-functional departments in 29 nations, instilling a sense of good culture and togetherness irrespective of boundary, gender, language, and other differences. She has also led efforts in amplifying the Cloud4C brand through company-wide societal wellness and recognition activities. No doubt, Cloud4C has been bestowed thrice with the Great Place to Work recognition for her and her teams' diligent efforts.

Arindam Mukherjee is the President of Sales for Cloud4C India region. A technology veteran for over two decades, he has been one of the drivers behind software-based cloud adoption in the country and leads Cloud4C's business operations across multiple key industries and all solution verticals. From transformation blueprinting to final implementation and customer success delivery, Arindam's end-to-end expertise and deep intuit of the Indian cloud business market is invaluable to Cloud4C's vision for the nation, opening up greenfield doorways in a fast techno-evolving nation.

Arindam joined Cloud4C from Oracle where he was the Senior Director of Cloud Infrastructure Business, having built a high growth culture and scaled critical genres to tremendous business success. Prior to that, he led a series of successful stints across industry leaders like Cisco, Microsoft, Sify where he amplified the cloud and technology infrastructure businesses across banking, industry, and O&G sectors.

Bernard Pierre L’Allier leads Cloud4C’s business functions for Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, Indonesia, and Vietnam regions. A distinguished technology business leader with over two decades of experience in leading technology and cloud-driven service businesses, he has been a diligent architect behind some of the most renowned organizations in the space, in the APAC region.

Most recently, prior to joining Cloud4C, Bernard served as the Managing Director for Rackspace in South East Asia and India. He scaled the team from 5 people in Singapore to 200 individuals across Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and India, supporting large-scale enterprises in their cloud and digital transformation journeys.

Bernard combines his intricate cloud and technology acumen with a keen interest in supporting the rapid growth and transformation ambitions of APAC businesses. The region is a hotspot for digital innovations and evolutions and Bernard’s strategic initiatives would amplify Cloud4C’s positioning as a multi-cloud transformation leader in APAC.

Rakesh Reddy is a young and dynamic technology leader heading the MEA region with Cloud4C. As a regional head for MEA Sales, Rakesh is responsible for leading all aspects of customer engagement, service offerings, sales operations and Middle East expansion. With over 130+ enterprise clients under his belt in the Middle East, Rakesh is renowned for regional growth ideas and is focused in constantly delivering Cloud4C’s scalable multi and hybrid cloud solutions across industries in MEA.

A leader known for his discipline and dedication, Satish’s professional mantra has been to “Communicate and then communicate again.” Before joining Cloud4C, Satish has led critical IT projects for the Indian Army, Shell, Exxon Mobil and BP across 13 countries in EU and ANZ. He is the mastermind who is ceaselessly working towards stepping up the brand value of Cloud4C in the shortest possible time while giving the leading tech giants tough competition across Australia and New Zealand regions.

Besides being a leader of strict ethics and integrity, Satish is also a nature enthusiast who derives energy by tending plants, scaling the mountains and capturing the world through his lens. When not solving critical business matters, you can find him engrossed in books or paratrooping.

Hitesh Bhardwaj is a technology strategist with more than 19 years of experience in various roles across Singapore, India and China. He has embarked on an array of technical leadership deliverables for large multinationals in Southeast Asia, Europe, China and India, working for or alongside some of the world’s leading technology organizations, including Cloud4C, Rackspace, SoftwareONE, Accenture-Avanade and HCL technologies.

His career has spanned across strategic IT consulting, Solutions Architect, Cloud Architect, Professional Services, Solution Sales, IT & delivery management and Information Security. Hitesh is a certified enterprise architect with a master’s degree in information technology and a strong passion (and knowledge) for enterprise technology transformations.

An automation technology evangelist who strives to create high value efficiency for organizations, Kamalakar Gunupati is a certified SAP specialist and Cloud Architect with over 2 decades of hands-on IT experience. He currently holds the position of Senior Vice President at Cloud4C and believes in building different centres of excellence to support the business.

Considered to be a technological thought leader in the Cloud space, he has a knack for staying highly composed and focused on the objectives to be achieved. He does not succumb under pressure and is an expert at leading teams. He loves taking on technically challenging work and stepping outside his comfort zone to push the limits of innovation.

With more than two decades of experience in IT Infrastructure development, modernization and Managed Services, Ravi has held a variety of leadership roles. Prior to his current role, he served as Vice President of Technology at CtrlS. He has also played a key role in setting up nation-wide networks for leading ISPs in India and SaaS services for US federal agencies.

Ravi earned a Master's degree in Information Systems Management from National Institute of Information Technology. A travel-enthusiast by heart, Ravi spends his free time reading about history and science.

Madhavi Natukula drives global growth and transformation at Cloud4C as Senior Vice President – Marketing. With 14 years of deep-rooted experience in B2B product and tech marketing, Madhavi has shaped and scaled high-impact strategies across geographies including APAC, MENA, LATAM, Europe, and North America.

A firm believer in human-centric leadership and market foresight, Madhavi combines data-driven execution with intuitive storytelling. Her work at Cloud4C spans positioning AI-powered managed services at the heart of digital transformation, developing narratives that bridge cloud adoption with security, automation, and compliance.

Previously, Madhavi held key marketing roles at HARMAN International, Magnaquest, and CreditVidya, contributing to major product launches, multimillion-dollar deals, and global awareness campaigns. An alumna of IIM Lucknow, she blends analytical rigor and creative vision in every initiative.

Muneeb, with more than 15 years of experience in Datacenter, Cloud and Managed Services Industry, is a passionate leader in charge of developing and driving new opportunities, mapping digital transformation journeys and leading the banking vertical industry cloud initiatives at Cloud4C. Muneeb is currently working on empowering banks in their digital transformation journey in close association with Global Banking Service providers by forging strategic alliances across the globe right from Americas to APJ region to help enhance business growth for the BFSI vertical.

Muneeb has been with the Cloud4C since inception from 2007 and plays a key part in initiatives around cloud and Bank-in-a-box. He is often invited as a guest speaker and Banking expert panelist in various industry forums. When not solving business puzzles, you can see him trekking in forests or rejuvenating in nature. Muneeb holds a Post Graduate Degree in Management.

Pankaj Badaya leads the global pre-sales activities at Cloud4C, aligning with technology, infrastructure, marketing teams to blueprint new product use cases and drive cloud services revenue from the first touchpoint. He has been instrumental in unlocking business opportunities across multiple critical industry verticals, leading experience delivery and customer success end-to-end.

Pankaj moved in to Cloud4C from CtrlS Datacenters Ltd where he was the Associate Vice President of Pre-sales, SAP practice and garnered recognition for creating a strong market positioning and nurturing a high growth-focused business team. Prior to CtrlS, he led infrastructure teams and solutions architecture delivery at global giants like IBM.

R.N.V. Satyanarayana Chowdary is a highly astute financial professional with over 18+ years of experience in auditing, financial accounting, taxation, budgeting, and more. Throughout his career, Satyanarayana has demonstrated exceptional business acumen in formulating accounting systems, monitoring accounting records and financial statements, and identifying areas of strength and weakness in auditing and financial functions. His proficiency in driving controllership of taxation areas and managing systems effectively has improved efficiency, increased cost savings, productivity, and bottom line for the organizations he has worked with.

Satyanarayana has held several key roles in his career, including VP Accounts and Taxation at M/S Spandana Spoorthy Financial Limited in Hyderabad, AVP Finance at QuisLex Legal Services Private Limited in Hyderabad, and Manager - Finance and Accounts at Reliance Industries Limited. With over 15 years of experience leading IT and digital transformation across healthcare and cloud enterprises, Harmandeep Singh drives seamless service delivery and operational excellence at Cloud4C. Formerly the CIO at Rainbow Children’s Hospitals and a senior IT leader at Medanta, he brings deep expertise in cloud adoption, hybrid IT, program management, and automation.

Harmandeep combines sharp business acumen with technical insight to deliver secure, scalable, and innovation-led services aligned to client goals. At Cloud4C, he leads with a people-first mindset, empowering teams to deliver with speed, agility, and confidence in today’s ever-evolving cloud landscape.

Chaitanya is an accomplished business leader with over 20 years of strategic research and consulting experience. He has pervasive experience in sales, marketing, strategy, customer experience management, business transformation and change management. With a customer-first focus and a firm belief in building agile & sustainable businesses, Chaitanya is on a mission to establish Cloud4C as the trusted cloud evolution partner providing end-to-end cloud managed services for businesses in Vietnam.

Before joining Cloud4C, Chaitanya was with Kantar, Bain Capital – WPP group company for about 12 years in India and Vietnam. Since 2012 he has been based in Hanoi, Vietnam and transitioned into different roles within Kantar including a regional role focused on Public Affairs business development across the Mekong region.

On the pro-bono side, Chaitanya is a member of the Advisory Council of United Nations International School (UNIS) in Hanoi, Vietnam. The high-profile advisory council includes leaders from the Vietnamese Government, businesses and ambassadors from various countries.

Siew Foong (SF) Wong is the Assistant Vice President of Channels and Alliances of the ASEAN region. In her current role, Siew Foong is responsible for building successful CSP alliances, ISV alliances and GTM partnerships in Malaysia. An industry veteran with a career in Sales and Partner Management spanning across two decades, Siew Foong provides leadership to Cloud4C’s Malaysia team. She has built the channel ecosystem for Quest ASEAN by recruiting, managing and growing the source revenue contributed by channels and alliances in the region.

Prior to her current role, Siew Foong served as the SEA Regional Channels and Alliances Manager at Quest Software, and held a managerial position at Microsoft for 10 years.

Siew Foong earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from La Trobe University.

With over 20 years of experience in IT service management, quality assurance, and cloud operations, Srinivas Radharapu currently leads process innovation, automation, and governance at Cloud4C. He is a certified expert in ITIL (V3/V4), Lean Six Sigma, and COBIT, with a proven track record of successfully designing and executing transformation programs across public cloud, private cloud, datacenter, and telecom environments.

His portfolio includes end-to-end ownership of infrastructure design, storage optimization, and network architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance platforms for enterprise workloads.
